A daily journal of the running I do with my dog Chico. We frequently run the Steamboat Ditch Trail in Reno, Nevada. Chico helps me prepare for everything from 5Ks to Marathons. Chico is this man's best running friend.
The running itch is beginning to get stronger. I will need to scratch it with a four to five miler with Chico. The SDT is callinmg our names...Michael, Chico, Michael, Chico - where are you? We will answer that call soon! I'm not kidding! Enjoy the miles!

I am married to Valerie and we have two beautiful children; Michael and Allison. We also have two dogs: Chico - Golden Retriever and Sienna - Pomeranian.
