great run, beautiful day...

We (Chico, Manuel and I) ran 11 miles this morning at a pretty good clip. We ran from Horseman's Park to the McCarran underpass and back in about 80 minutes. The time is not exact because I messed up at the turnaround. I hit the stop instead of the split, regardless we ran very well and I am feeling great about that. All told, it has been a great weekend of running. Friday we ran seven miles, five yesterday and eleven today for a three-day total of 23 miles! The crisp air and sunny days have really added to the runs. Enjoy the miles!
