A daily journal of the running I do with my dog Chico. We frequently run the Steamboat Ditch Trail in Reno, Nevada. Chico helps me prepare for everything from 5Ks to Marathons. Chico is this man's best running friend.
The run is done! I completed the Bizz Johnson Marathon in 4:43. This is a little slower than I would have liked, but who cares, I finished it! This is a great event and we will very likely return next year to do it again. Enjoy the miles.

I am married to Valerie and we have two beautiful children; Michael and Allison. We also have two dogs: Chico - Golden Retriever and Sienna - Pomeranian.
