The wait is nearly over...

The training runs are behind me and the marathon is tomorrow morning. I am ready but nervous. I have done this distance and yet it feels once again like the first time. I have talked to Jeff and he is excited to do his first half-marathon and I know he will do well. I must now focus my thoughts and energy toward my run. Chico can feel the energy in the air and is excited although he will be disappointed that he won't get to run Sunday's event with me. I will share the details of the run with him during future training runs.
